Callaway Golf Bags Pass all the Golfer’s Tests

When you are out on the green during a game of golf, all your equipment becomes crucial.

There are certain things which are mandatory in a game of golf, and need to be in tip-top shape. One needs a golf club and a set of golf balls. These are obviously the most essential. Then you need to break down what sort of clubs you need, such as your drivers, your wedges and your putters. These are what make up a good game of golf, but also some pieces of equipment are overlooked and forgotten. One of these is the golf bag. A good golf bag is what makes for an enjoyable game of golf.

Your golf bag is where you keep everything from your golf clubs to your golf balls, and even your smaller pieces of equipment such as golf tees and gloves and even towels. You want a golf bag that you know is going to stand up to abuse and use. This why you many choose a Callaway golf bag, as many consider in the game of golf there is no better brand.

Callaway golf bags have some useful compartments for those things you need on the green when you need them the most. With a plentitude of small pockets and slots for your golf clubs, pencils, and tally sheets you will never have to worry about finding these things when you need them. This way you can have all your equipment at an arm’s length. Your concentration needs to be placed on the game at hand, and not spent looking through your bag looking for small items.

A golf bag is carried around with you. You spend most of the game of golf on your feet, if not all of it. In between each hole you are lugging your equipment with you. A golf bag will constantly be being picked up and placed down. This can cause some wear and tear on a golf bag during the course of a game, so choosing a golf bag that can take this punishment is a sensible investment.

Callaway manufactures some of the best golf bags one can find on the market today. It is a name you can trust and depend on to get you through that long eighteen hole game of golf on the hottest or coldest of days.

Golf can be hell, and a Callaway golf bag will travel to hell and back with you intact.

Srixon Soft Feel Balls – Golfing Excellence Through and Through

Your last golf adventure depleted your supply of golf balls. You have already cursed the creeks and ponds of the course and you have mourned lost balls. Before your next round, you need to resupply your bag. You wonder, should you stick with your old standard, or try something new? Maybe your game will improve. Maybe you won’t lose so many balls. Maybe just maybe there is a better option, a better ball.

Srixon Soft Feel balls have a Pana-Tetra blended cover. The cover is soft, yet resilient. The ball has the standard 328 dimples in 8 different sizes. The Srixon Soft Feel ball was designed for golfers with a moderate swing speed. It provides for greater distance through a high trajectory. The super soft core provides for improved accuracy upon impact due to the resilient Energetic Gradient Growth core. Once you try these balls, you will never go back to your old favorites.

Unlike some Srixon balls, Soft Feels are only available in white and, for those with a feminine side, balls are available in pink. Srixon offers a wide range in quantity in packaging. If you are prone to losing balls, you might want to consider a purchase of 3 dozen balls instead of the standard dozen.

No matter what your needs, what your handicap, or where you play, Srixon provides for golfing excellence through and through. Srixon Soft Feel balls should improve your game, reduce your handicap, and relieve the stress of explaining why you spend so much time hunting for balls in the rough or wading in the shallow water. You won’t need to share the fact the balls include a “Hit Straight” arrow for alignment on your shot. Some secrets are best left as secrets. Others will wonder why your game has improved, and only you will know the secret is in the ball. The secret is in how the ball is made; it is what is within the ball that counts. The low spin delivery provides for directional stability, while still providing for a soft feel on the shot. The high launch angle will improve your game and impress your foursome.

A purchase of Srixon Soft Feel balls will uplift your spirits, and lift your ball to the proper trajectory and distance to the hole. Your added confidence will shine through, your game will improve, your attitude will improve, and your ball budget will decrease. Maybe you will not need three dozen balls after all!

Does a golf ball go farther in the winter or the summer?

Like a number of other factors that affect the distance travelled by ball, the season also plays a major part. There is a marked difference in the distance covered in summers and winters. Studies reveal that a golf ball travels farther in summers when compared to winters. There are quite a few reasons for the same.

Efficiency of Energy Transfer

The first reason why ball travel less in winter is the amount of energy transferred to it. Winters result in less temperature of both ball as well as the clubs. This means energy transfer is not as efficient as it would have been at higher temperatures. Less energy is transferred to the ball and it travels a shorter distance.

Another reason for efficient energy transfer in summers is that the warmer air simply means softer content of the ball. The ball is able to compress and rebound at a better rate and thus achieve more distance. On the other hand, balls become hard in winters. There is less compression, which results in less enegy transfer, and thus less distance travelled.

Air Friction

Air friction also plays a major role in deciding the distance travelled by ball in summers and winters. In summers, the air density is less as compared to the winters. This simply means less air friction and thus greater distance travelled.

Fairways

In addition, the fairways are softer in winters, which again prove to a big hindrance in ball travelling greater distance. In summers, the area is hard and aids in rolling over of the ball. This again leads to gain in distance in summers.

What to Consider?

Keeping the same thing in mind, manufacturers have come up with balls with different compression figures. This means a 100-compression ball is harder in nature and is apt for play summers. On the other hand, a 90-compression ball is relatively softer and thus is a much better option in winter.

Since distance is not much of a concern in summers, it is always better to opt for a ball that offers better control and accuracy. In winters, professionals opt for a ball that is softer in comparison and offers more distance.

Titleist Pro v1 Golf Balls

At the present time, the Titleist Pro v1 Golf Balls is one of the most renowned gold balls. A number of professional golf players make use of these multilayer balls due to its superior spin, distance and control.

These balls come in two forms - the Pro v1x and Pro v1 - and are designed for talented golf players with low handicaps. However, due to the popularity among professional golf players as well as its name recognition, many golf players of all levels of skill use the Pro v1 series. The Pro v1 is ideally suited for golf players with slower golf swing speeds. Since these series are made to enhance spin and control, golf players can lower their scores.

The Titleist Pro v1 Golf Balls attribute a faster and larger polybutadiene core. They also have thin and ionomeric casings as well as urethane and elastomer cover. These balls have 392 dimples placed in an icosahedral pattern. They are characterized by a white colour with Titleist markings on both sides. A number as well as a side stamp is also strategically placed to help golf players strike the target.

The Titleist Pro v1 Golf Balls provides exceptional durability and distance that golf players counted on. They also deliver high spin control and a steadier flight. These are also due to the above mentioned features along with the new ZG process core technology. The new aerodynamics combined with 3 axes of symmetry also delivers a penetrating ball flight which holds its line with the wind. Other benefits that the Titleist Pro v1 Golf Balls offer to golf players include a tour-proven quality, very soft experience on all shots, and a Drop and Stop ™ greenside control.
