Titleist Prov1

LEGENDARY TITLEIST PRO V1 VOTED #1 BALL BY FOREMOST

The legendary Titleist Pro V1 franchise has been recognised by the largest golf buying group in the UK, as the ‘Best Ball’ at the annual ‘Foremost Supplier of the Year Awards 2010’. The Pro V1 franchise is the best selling golf ball model in the UK accounting for one third of all money spent on golf balls¹ and continues to be trusted by the majority of the world’s best players across professional tours in 2010. Recognition from the Foremost group is validation that Titleist balls meet the needs of golfers of all levels. The Foremost group is represented by over 1000 PGA Professionals from across the UK, and it was them who voted Titleist as ‘Best Ball’ in recognition of the market leading product and consumer ball fitting initiative which was launched earlier this year.

“We are delighted that the Pro V1 has been recognised as the ‘Best ball’ by Foremost members, which confirms that we are meeting the needs of the green grass professional. We are committed to delivering outstanding products and customer service, and will continue to work with professionals and consumers to keep building the Titleist brand. Our golf ball fitting initiative has been very well received since being launched earlier this year, and this is something we plan to grow into 2011 and beyond. Our team of Titleist Brand Ambassadors have continued to bolster our market shares on worldwide professional tours, and to learn that Foremost professionals also place us as their #1 ball is fantastic,” commented Ken Graham, Titleist Director of UK Sales and European Marketing.

Andy Martin, Company Director, Foremost Golf said “The Foremost membership has voted the ProV1 as their best ball for 2010. This is in recognition not only for the quality of the product but for the initiatives that Titleist have put in place over the last 12 months including a ‘Consumer ball Fitting’ strategy that works closely with our members in the green-grass channel.
